How we choose the work

One objective. The right mix.

Select a service to see the work in more detail, or talk with us about the right combination. Every engagement starts with a diagnosis of where the path from search to decision is losing the right opportunities, then a plan that separates essential work from optional work.

Questions

Before you get in touch.

Straight answers to the questions we hear most often. If yours is not here, ask us directly.

We are a Toronto search and growth agency. We connect SEO, paid search, websites and marketing strategy to the business outcome you actually want: qualified inquiries and customers, not just traffic. Engagements start with a diagnosis of where the path from search to decision is losing the right opportunities.

Businesses that depend on being found and chosen online, most often in legal, healthcare, professional services, B2B and ecommerce. Law firms are served through our specialist brand, Veritas Legal Marketing. We work best with owners and marketing leads who want a clear plan and direct access to the people doing the work.

Three things. We start with the business decision rather than the channel, so you are not sold a package you do not need. The people responsible for strategy also deliver the work. And reporting separates completed activity from results, so you always know what is working and what comes next.

It depends on the scope. Most clients work with us on a monthly retainer for ongoing search and paid media, or a fixed project fee for a website or a strategic review. After a first conversation we send a written proposal with the essential work separated from the optional work, so you can decide what to fund.

Paid search and conversion improvements can show change within weeks. Organic search usually takes three to six months to move meaningfully, longer in very competitive markets. We set expectations at the start and report against measures that matter to the business, such as qualified inquiries, rather than vanity numbers.

No. Retainers run month to month after an initial period agreed in the proposal. We would rather earn the next month than lock you in.
