Making two orthodontic locations the obvious local choice

A growing orthodontic practice needed each of its two locations to show up for local searches, needed to know which channel produced each new patient, and wanted reviews without pestering families.

01 Overview

A growing orthodontic practice needed each of its two locations to show up for local searches, needed to know which channel produced each new patient, and wanted reviews without pestering families. The work concentrated on six search terms, local presence and clean lead tracking.

02 The challenge

Two locations, no local footprint, no idea which leads came from where.

Orthodontic decisions are local and personal. The practice had two locations but neither had a strong online presence tied to its community. Rankings were weak for the terms that matter, phone leads were not attributed to any channel, and the practice wanted more positive reviews without turning patients into a marketing task.

03 The work

Six terms, two maps listings, one tracking system.

After evaluating the practice’s existing digital efforts, we put roughly 80 percent of the effort into organic rankings for six key search terms across both locations: on page optimization, followed by quality inbound links. Both locations were established properly on Google Maps. A tracking system connected website visits to phone calls so every lead had a source. To grow reviews, the practice ran patient contests rather than asking families one by one.
